Association laws

The associations laws provide for the registration of associations engaged in small-scale, non-profit and non-commercial activities and to provide for corporate governance and financial accountability of associations registered under the legislation.

NSW Fair Trading Registry and Accreditation administers the laws for incorporated associations.
