Renewal of licence
Renewal forms are generated by Fair Trading and sent to the licence holder. If you require a copy of the renewal, email your request to lb@finance.nsw.gov.au
If your licence has expired, you can restore the licence within 3 months of the expiry date. Complete the normal renewal form and submit with the restoration fee. To obtain a copy of the renewal form, send your request to lb@finance.nsw.gov.au
If your licence has expired beyond 3 months past the expiry date, you will need to apply for a new licence and meet the current standards of training.

Change of Name
To advise of a change of name, you must email evidence of that change of name to NSW Fair Trading at lb@finance.nsw.gov.au. The copy of evidence does not need to be certified. Evidence to be provided includes:
Notification or Change of Business Name
If you wish to update your licensing records with a change of business name under which you will be carrying on the business of an agent at either the principal address or any additional place of business, you must provide a copy of a document issued by ASIC that confirms you are the business name holder. You can email evidence of the business name registration to NSW Fair Trading at lb@finance.nsw.gov.au, including your licence number as a reference.
Change of Directors
To advise of change of directors appointed to a licensed corporation, provide a copy of ASIC records confirming the changes made, including evidence of identification for new directors and evidence of identification (such as a copy of a driver licence or passport) for any new directors being appointed. This information can be scanned and emailed to Fair Trading at lb@finance.nsw.gov.au
