From 1 October 2010 the following insurance agents are authorised to provide home warranty insurance services on behalf of the NSW Home Warranty Insurance Fund for residential building work under the NSW Home Building Act 1989. For information on insurers that were previously approved to sell home warranty insurance, go to the Past approved insurers page.

Between 1 July and 30 September 2010 Vero Insurance Limited also issued certificates of insurance as an agent on behalf of the Home Warranty Insurance Fund. Vero ceased to be an agent from 1 October 2010.

Calliden Insurance Limited provides home warranty insurance cover on behalf of the NSW Home Warranty Insurance Fund to builders, trade contractors and owner-builders through insurance brokers and binding intermediaries.
